This Coleslaw recipe pairs fantastically with meat dishes, burgers and sliders! Very easy to whip up and gives you plenty of servings!!

Ingredients

  • 100g Greek Yoghurt
  • 50g Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 350g Red Cabbage
  • 350g White Cabbage
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 2 Medium Carrots

Method

1) In a large mixing bowl mix together your, yoghurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and honey, until well mixed, and add a small pinch of salt an pepper.

2) Grate into the bowl grate all your vegetables, and then mix well until the dressing coats all of the vegetables.If you enjoy your coleslaw with a kick add some paprika, garlic powder, and sriracha sauce into the mix for a sriracha coleslaw
