Ingredients

  • 60g Rolled Oats
  • 30g Rice Krispies
  • 25g Dried Cranberries *
  • 30g Raspberries
  • 15g Mini Marshmallows
  • 140ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 25g Sweet & Salty Popcorn
  • 4 Scoops Whey Protein (Ideally Chocolate based)
  • 1tbsp Stevia/Sweetener
  • 1 Large Egg

*Swap for raisins for same macros

Method

1) In a mixing bowl mix all your ingredients with a spoon (break your raspberries into small chunks).

2) Add in your almond milk bit by bit and mix thoroughly, you want to end up with a thick mixture. But there will likely be a little milk left at the bottom of the bowl too

3) Leave the batter in the fridge until all the extra milk has soaked up

4) Preheat an oven with baking tray to 180ºC

5) Place in a baking tray with some 1kcal cooking spray around the sides and base, and bake in oven for around 12-18 minutes (you want the middle to be firm and not soggy)5b) If the top starts to brown/dry out too much cover with some baking paper for the remainder of the cooking time

6) Remove and place on a cooling rack until cool and then divide into 4 bars

7) Get Swole
