When I started working with Jack, I realised that training was not only about reaching my goals. I could actually enjoy the process of both training and eating well. I Kept on impressing myself on how much I could lift at the gym. and I began to understand how training works! I felt supported at the gym and having Jack as my coach dropped the barriers stopping me achieving my goals and stopped me doing pointless things.
In the space of four months I have lost 12kgs and I have abs you can grate cheese off. I have also enjoyed having someone to be accountable to. This has helped to give focus to my training. The highlight was the photoshoot. I would never have dreamt that I would show off my abs on camera. But that's exactly what I did. The confidence boost it has given me has been indescribable.
I have had trainers in the past but not all of them had sifted through all that information for me, with advice on what I could change in EVERY aspect of my life, because it’s all connected.
