This French Toast recipe is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth and packs a mean punch of protein, whether its for breakfast or a cheeky snack, this one is hard to beat!

Ingredients

2 Large Egg Whites1Large Egg
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
1 Serving Candrel Sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla Extract3Slices Bread *
70g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt **
½ Scoop Protein **
30g Blueberries
10g Golden Syrup

Method

1) In a bowl mix your egg white, whole egg, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract, until well mixed.2) Dip your bread into the mixture until it absorbs all of the egg mixture. Then in a pan on a medium heat with some 1 calorie cooking spray lay each slice of french toast and cook for around 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and repeat.3) While cooking, take your greek yoghurt in a bowl and with a fork mix in your half scoop of protein until there are no lumps. When you get a smooth protein yoghurt add in your blueberries.4) Once cooked serve your french toast with protein yoghurt on top and a drizzle of golden syrup!
