Ingredients

  • 250g/8.81oz Fage 0% Yoghurt
  • 15g/0.52oz Protein Powder
  • 100g/3.52oz Frozen Berries
  • 100g/3.52oz Mango
  • 1tsp Cinnamon

This recipe really can be chopped and change to your tastes!

  • Ice (If making ice-cream)

Method

1) Mix your protein with your yoghurt well

2) Add in your berries & fruit. Easy

3) If you want to make "Ice-Cream", also add in ice and blast it in a blender until frozen thick and creamy.if you want to change consistency leave in freezer or to thaw

4) Top with cinnamon
