This Buff Beef Burger is the perfect post workout meal or anabolic dinner! Brimming with protein it’s perfect for you to pack on the muscle!
This recipe can be really easily meal prepped by making and freezing patties in advance.

Ingredients

4 Patties

  • 500g beef mince (95% Lean)
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 4 Burger bun
  • Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 80g Cheddar Cheese

* Gluten-Free:  Choose appropriate burger bun


Tracker Values per Burger

  • 125g Beef Mince (95% Lean)
  • 1 Burger bun
  • ¼ Onion
  • 20g Tomato
  • 20g Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Sriracha Sauce

Method

1) Finely dice 3/4 of the onion and add to a large bowl along with the beef mince, salt, pepper, Paprika and garlic powder.

2) Mix by hand, and form into 4 patties. Put the patties into a hot pan with some fry lite or oil, and fry for 4 minutes each side.

3) Add the 1/4 onion to the pan as well. Add the cheese on top of the patties a minute before they are ready, and cover with a lid to help the cheese melt.

4) Assemble your bun, with tomato lettuce and sriracha and enjoy!
