Ingredients

200g/7.05oz Fage 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
2 Mini Meringue Nests
100g/3.52oz Berries
25g/0.88oz Protein Powder

Method

1) Mix your Yoghurt and Protein in a bowl until no lumps are visible

2) Mix in the Berries to the Yoghurt mix (Optional: Microwave the berries for 20-30secs before mixing to make them extra juicy)

3) Crumble your Meringue nests over your yoghurt. Serve & enjoy!

Optional: If you have some extra calories available, a chunk or 2 of melted chocolate on top of this could go amazingly! But it really doesn't need it as it is amazing alone!
