Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken

This meal prep recipe goes really well in burger buns with a bit of coleslaw and maybe some hot sauce if that is your thing. Perfect for meal prep and a hands off recipe, as its all cooked in a slow cooker!
Macros per serving:
Ingredients
- 1.5kg Raw Chicken Breast
- 200g BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Generous pinch Salt & Pepper
- ½ White Onion
- ½ Red Onion
- 15g Brown Sugar
To make this recipe Gluten-Free please pick an appropriate BBQ sauce
Method
Ideally if you have time, marinade your chicken for 3-4 hours prior, or overnight.
1) Coat your crockpot/slow cooker with 1 calorie cooking spray and add all ingredients and mix well.
2) Turn on your crockpot/slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on high OR 6-7 hours on low heat.
3) Once cooked remove and use two forks to pull apart, add back into the pot and mix with the sauce.
4) This will store for 3-4 days in the fridge or can also be frozen for longer storage.
