1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
50g Baby Spinach
½ Head of Bok-Choy
200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
2-3 Cubes Ice
Method
1) Wash and roughly chop your bok-choy into thumb-size pieces.
2) To a blender add all your ingredients and blitz until smooth.
3) Enjoy! If you prefer this one a little sweeter, add a sweetener to the recipe
