This is a sandwich I created by accident and is possibly still one of my favourite breakfasts to date. I could happily eat this every day for the rest of my life. I can almost guarantee you will love this one! Super quick simple and easy!

Ingredients

  • 4 Heck's Chicken Italia Sausages
  • 1 Warburton's Sandwich Thins
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Small Handful Spinach
  • 1 Serving Sriracha Sauce
  • ¼ Onion

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180°C/356°F

1) On a baking tray spray some 1 calorie cooking spray and lay out your sausages and sliced onions, feel free to add some seasonings if you like. Cook this for 10 minutes or until cooked through)

2) Around 5 minutes into cooking cook your egg in a pan, alternatively you can cook this in the oven too.

3) Once cooked, slice the sausages longways, and then assemble.Bread, Sausage, Onions, Egg, Sriracha, Spinach, bread.

4) Enjoy! It's a little messy, make sure you have a napkin.
