Ingredients

1 Tortilla Wrap *
80g Cooked Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Light Mayonnaise **
1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
Small Handfull shredded lettuce
¼ Tomato (sliced)

* Gluten-Free Friendly if applicable
** Vegan Mayo if applicable

Method

1) Lay a tortilla flat on a counter and cut a single striaght line from the centre point to the outside edge.

2) Lay your chicken in 1 ¼ of the wrap, your mayo and sweet chilli in another, tomatoes in the 3rd and finally your shredded lettuce in the last.

3) Take one of the quarters with the cut next to it, and fold it over onto the next quarter, take that double quarter and fold it again onto the next, continue until you have a triangle wrap.

4) Place under/in your grill and allow the wrap to crisp up!

Serve and enjoy!
